Nystrom’s SunLit Series smoke vents are single-door rooftop venting systems for stairwells and smaller buildings with the added “green” benefit of daylighting that automatically opens, releasing heat, smoke, and noxious fumes during a fire. Each smoke vent will open automatically when a fusible link inside the vent reaches its melting temperature. As required by building code.

SVU Universal storage/warehouse vents are rooftop venting systems for factories qand industrial buildings that automatically opens, releasing heat, smoke, and noxious fumes during a fire, as required by building code section 910. The Universal Series smoke vents may also be used in stage venting applications as required by IBC section 410. Nystrom Universal Series double door and quad door vents are UL 793 listed and FM4430 approved.
